Durosier's sign
Durosier's sign is a systolic murmur heard over the femoral arteries in patients with aortic regurgitation.
A diastolic murmur may be heard which is caused by turbulent retrograde flow of blood in the femoral artery; this is an indication of severe aortic regurgitation.
