ECG changes in right bundle branch block (RBBB)
Right bundle branch block is best seen in V1 where there is an RSR (M-shaped) pattern.
- QRS duration greater than 120ms RSR
- generally dominant R in V1
- inverted T waves V1-3 or V4
- wide and deep S in V6
