- 4-15% neutrophils:
- fibrosing alveolitis
- cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis
- asbestosis
- rheumatological disease
- >50% neutrophils:
- infection
- infection
- 80-90% neutrophils:
- adult respiratory distress syndrome
