Associated conditions
PCT-like syndromes may occur in association with:
- diabetes mellitus - in 25% of cases of PCT
- hepatic tumours
- hepatitis, especially alcoholic
- systemic lupus erythematosus
- sarcoidosis
- Sjogren's syndrome
