Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease
Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is an autosomal dominant condition characterised by slowly progressive sensorimotor neuropathy. It is the most commonly inherited peripheral neuropathy in the UK.
Lifespan is normal. Disability is usually mild.
