HIV headache
Headache in HIV infection is common and has many aetiologies:
- aseptic meningitis is common in the seroconversion disease
- headache may accompany systemic infections
- chronic meningitides in AIDS may cause headache:
- Mycobacterium tuberculosis meningitis
- cryptococcal meningitis
- depression headache
- idiopathic HIV headache
