Kinesia paradoxica
Kinesia paradoxica is the ability of a patient to perform rapid, energetic movements far more easily than slow ones.
It is seen in conditions such as Parkinson's disease where, as an example, in the early stages running fast may be accomplished with more ease than walking slowly.
