Neuromuscular effects
Neuromuscular complications of lung cancer are uncommon, occurring in less than 2% of cases. They are most often due to small cell carcinoma.
Common:
- peripheral neuropathy
- cerebellar degeneration / ataxia
Rare:
- encephalomyositis
- polymyositis / dermatomyositis
- Lambert-Eaton myasthenia gravis
