Complications of meningitis in infancy - 5 yr follow-up
This prospective case-control study assessed the sequelae of bacterial meningitis during the first year of life.
Assessment using a child health questionaire was performed when survivors were 5 years old.
Disability was found to be higher in cases than in controls.
