Clinical features
The syndrome consists of:
- hypoplasia of the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall resulting in laxity and a wrinkled, prune-like appearance.
- bilateral undescended testes.
- urinary tract dilatation of a variable degree - this may be very severe.
There can be associated cardiac anomolies and skeletal anomolies.
