Section 41 (Mental Health Act)
Section 41 can be used by the courts to restrict the discharge of people committed by the courts to hospital for treatment under Section 37 of the Mental Health Act.
The period of restriction does not have to be stated; if it is, the patient remains committed under Section 37 hospital order without restriction.
