Grover's disease
Clinical features:
- truncal, discrete pruritic papulovesicles and papules; often in elderly or middle-aged person
- usually transient (weeks to months)
Treatment:
- avoid heat
- topical steroids may be beneficial
- isotretinoin and dapsone have been found to be beneficial in some cases; but are generally not required.
