- Cyclizine: may precipitate above 10mg/ml or in saline or if high concentration of diamorphine also precipitates if left more than 24 hours - Dexamethasone: special care is required to prevent precipitation when dexamethasone is being prepared - Haloperidol: may precipitate with diamorphine after 24h - Hyoscine butylbromide - Hyoscine hydrobromide - Methotrimipramine - Metoclopramide - Midazolam
