Class III antiarrhythmics
Class III antiarrhythmics are those drugs which act probably on potassium fluxes, prolonging the action potential.
Examples include amiodarone, bretylium and sotalol - the last of which also appears in group II.
They act on ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias.
