  • supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) with pre-existing bundle-branch block
  • SVT with aberrant conduction
  • SVT with bystander conduction in an anomalous pathway - in this cases the pathway does not participate in the circuit
  • antidromic atrioventricular reentry - in this case the anomalous pathway is part of the circuit and conducts the impulse from atria to ventricles
