Of the 47 patients who completed the trial there were significant improvements with lisinopril for the following endpoints:

  • hours with headache reduced by 20%
  • days with headache reduced by 17%
  • days with migraine reduced by 21%
  • headache severity index reduced by 20%

The same endpoints were better for lisinopril when the data was analysed on an intention to treat basis.
