Trichoepithelioma (desmoplastic)
A desmoplastic trichoepithelioma is a rare form of epithelial tumour. Females are more often affected. It usually arises on the adult face as a solitary, woody depression. There may be raised margin. White cysts representing keratin-filled lacunae may be visible.
Treatment is by excision.
