Clinical features
Features include:
- exomphalos
- macroglossia
- gigantism
There may also be:
- organomegaly - especially the kidneys
- naevus flammeus of the forehead
- ear lobe grooves - a typical crease to the earlobe
- hemihypertrophy
- neonatal hypoglycaemia; hypoglycaemia may also occur later in life
