    • penicillin + flucloxacillin (or erythromycin alone if penicillin allergic) or co-amoxiclav alone. If severe cellulitis then may require parenteral benzylpenicillin + flucloxacillin or co-amoxiclav alone (or erythromycin if penicillin allergic)
  • impetigo
    • topical fusidic acid or mupirocin; oral flucloxacillin or erythromycin if widespread
  • erysipelas
    • phenoxymethylpenicillin; add flucloxacillin if staphylococcal aureus suspected
