Contraindications
Contraindications to neuroleptics include:
- myasthenia gravis
- Addison's disease
- closed angle glaucoma
- history of granulocytosis
Neuroleptics should be used with caution in liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, parkinsonism, epilepsy and infections.
