Autonomic symptoms
The autonomic symptoms of parkinsonism are varied:
- flushing of the skin accompanied by a sensation of heat and sweating
- poor heat toleration
- low resting blood pressure with a tendency to orthostatic hypotension
- rarely, oedema and cyanosis of a limb
