Clinical features
The clinical features of cylindroma include:
- multiple lesions predominantly of the scalp in the familial form, single lesions on the scalp or face in the sporadic form
- papules or nodules:
- dome-shaped
- smooth surface
- frequent telangiectases
- pinkish, skin-coloured
- can be painful
- may be associated with concurrent trichoepithelioma
