Flash burns
High voltage electricity may produce injury without deep tissue penetration. It is caused by current passing along the surface of the victim. The wave of electricity does not cause entry or exit wounds but on route, it can ignite clothing causing direct thermal burns, and necrose the full thickness of skin.
