Clinical features:

  • truncal, discrete pruritic papulovesicles and papules; often in elderly or middle-aged person
  • usually transient (weeks to months)

Treatment:

  • avoid heat
  • topical steroids may be beneficial
  • isotretinoin and dapsone have been found to be beneficial in some cases; but are generally not required.
