Psoriasis (flexural)
Flexural psoriasis may occur:
- in conjunction with typical plaque lesions elsewhere, or
- in conjunction with nail and scalp lesions only, or
- alone
Lesions may occur in any or all of:
- groin
- natal cleft
- axillae
- umbilicus
- submammary glands (1)
Such lesions often present as well defined, erythematous, shiny rashes lacking scale on account of heavy maceration (1). The plaques are frequently itchy.
