Clinical features
Features include:
- abdominal discomfort
- rarely obstruction or wheeze secondary to pulmonary infiltration - Loeffler's syndrome
Possible complications include:
- anaemia
- appendicitis
- common bile duct obstruction - usually too big to enter the biliary passages
- pancreatitis
