I maculopapular rash on 2 - 3 500-1000 ml 25% of body surface liquid stool/day II maculopapular rash on >3 - 6 1000-1500 ml 25-50% of body surface liquid stool/day III generalised erythroderma >6 - 15 >1500 ml liquid stool/day IV as III plus bullae and >15 severe abdominal skin desquamation pain +/- ileus
