Classification
Three types of cryoglobulinaemia are recognised:
type I:
- monoclonal cryoglobulin
- 25% of cases
- type II:
- polyclonal cryoglobulin
- monoclonal rheumatoid factor
- 25% of cases
- type III:
- polyclonal cryoglobulin
- polyclonal rheumatoid factor
- 50% of cases
