Hanging groin
This occurs in filariasis, due either to Wuchereria bancrofti or Onchocerca volvulus causing Bancroftian filariasis and Onchocerciasis respectively.
Lymphatic obstruction leads to swelling, thickening and wrinkling of the skin of the groin, producing large folds of skin.
