The clinical features of chronic tension-type headaches include:
- headache occurs on >= 15 days per month on average for >3 months
- pain lasts for hours or may be continuous
- bilateral location
- pressing ( not pulsating) quality
- mild or moderate intensity
- not aggravated by routine exercise
- no nausea
- no vomting
