Analgesics
Agents which may reduce visceral nocioception may be of benefit in non-ulcer dyspepsia.
Possible drugs include:
- low dose tricyclic antidepressants
- kappa opioid agonists:
- tramadol (1)
- serotonin receptors antagonists:
- ondansetron
- granisetron
