Clinical features
Typical symptoms of radiculopathies include:
- pain:
- in the back
- referred to the dermatome
- less commonly, paraesthesiae and numbness
- weakness
Signs include:
- muscle wasting
- reduced power in muscles supplied by the affected nerve root
- reduced tendon reflexes
