Ginseng for erectile dysfunction

    • compared Korean red ginseng versus placebo both taken three times daily over two 8 week periods separated by a 2 week washout period
      • found that ginseng improved scores on the erectile function, sexual desire, and intercourse satisfaction
      • adverse effects were not reported
