Congenital lobar emphysema
Congenital lobar emphysema is a rare anomaly due to a cartilaginous deficiency of the lobar bronchus, usually involving an upper lobe or a right middle lobe.
Diagnosis is from chest radiology.
Treatment is by lobectomy.
