  • T lymphocyte depletion:
    • intracellular pathogens, e.g. mycobacteria, legionella
    • fungus, e.g. PCP, aspergillus.
    • virus, e.g. cytomegalovirus.
  • transplant recipient:
    • bacterial pneumonia, e.g. gram negatives, mycobacterial
    • cytomegalovirus
    • aspergillus
    • pneumocystis
