Medium vessel vasculitis
Vasculitides of medium sized vessels include:
- classical polyarteritis nodosa (PAN)
- Kawasaki's disease
The classical form of PAN is a rare disease which does not affect small vessels hence there is no glomerulonephritis. This form of PAN is associated with hepatitis B positivity.
