Peribronchial cuffing
Peribronchial cuffing is a characteristic finding in the chest radiograph of a patient with left ventricular failure.
Bronchi which pass perpendicular to the plane of the film appear as dark circles surrounded by a water-dense ring. The ring is the oedematous wall of the bronchiole.
