Fibular is an adjective that refers to something associated with the fibula bone in the leg. Alternatively, fibular can be used to describe the position of a point nearer the fibula bone than another specified point across the long axis of the leg in the anatomical position. For example, the fifth metatarsal is more fibular than the first metatarsal in the foot.
