Hydrocele en Bisac
The hydrocoele en Bisac is a rare primary hydrocoele in which there are two intercommunicating sacs, one above and one below the neck of the scrotum.
The upper one lies superficial to or partly within the inguinal canal and may insinuate itself within the muscle layers.
