Elevated lymphocytes

Lymphocytes are said to be raised if their numbers are greater than 3.5 x 10^9/l.

Conditions include:

  • viral infections such as EBV, CMV, rubella, whooping cough
  • toxoplasmosis
  • brucellosis
  • chronic lymphatic leukaemia
