Treatment is with either erythromycin or tetracycline:

  • erythromycin or other macrolide e.g. clarithromycin or azithromycin:

  • tetracycline:
    • an alternative to erythromycin for the treatment of chlamydial and mycoplasma infections

Treatment period is for a minimum of 10-14 days.
