Vitamin B6 toxicity

High intakes of vitamin B6 (50mg and above) have been associated with peripheral neuropathy.

In July 1998, the government issued guidance that the public should limit daily intakes of vitamin B6 to nor more than 10 mg, unless otherwise acting on professional advice.
