The urethritis should be treated with tetracycline; the conjunctivitis with chloramphenicol.

The arthritis should be treated with rest, immobilisation of the joint, aspiration of the effusion, NSAIDS, and possibly steroids. Physiotherapy should be given.

The keratodermia blenorrhagica can be treated with 1% hydrocortisone.
