    • myeloproliferative disorder
    • lymphoproliferative disorder
    • myelodysplasia
    • metabolic and storage disorders
    • autoimmune disorders

  • pancytopenia without peripheral blast cells:
    • aplastic anaemia
    • marrow infiltration by tumour

  • myelodysplasia
