    • deep set eyes
    • hypertelorism
    • downward slanting palpebral fissures
    • flat nasal bridge
    • anteverted nares
    • prominent nasolabial folds
    • a long philtrum
    • thin upper lip
    • prominent forehead
    • early balding in males
