GPnotebook shortcut - medication in diabetes and kidney disease
The use of the various available medications for type 2 diabetes in patients with changing renal function can be problematic for the diabetes clinician. GPnotebook Education Director and GP with a Specialist Interest in Diabetes, Dr Kevin Fernando, has produced this "easy to use" tabulated guide to provide a tool to use glucose lowering medication in type 2 diabetics with kidney disease.
