The pulmonary features of Wegener's granulomatosis include:
- rhinorrhoea, sinusitis or epistaxis
- 70% of cases have radiological evidence of pulmonary infiltration; which is most commonly one or two nodules on the chest radiograph
- in severe disease there may be lung haemorrhage with haemoptysis and dyspnoea
