Antidepressants and aspirin

NICE suggest that clinicians should:
- use SSRIs with caution - if no suitable alternatives can be identified, offer gastroprotective medicines together with the SSRI
- consider trazodone, mianserin or reboxetine when aspirin is used as a single agent
- consider mirtazapine
