The clinical features of eccrine poroma include:

  • typically, a single lesion
  • most commonly sole of foot or hand
  • shape variable: papule, plaque or slightly polypoid
  • firm
  • surface erythema
  • hyperkeratosis
  • smooth surface but may ulcerate with pressure
