  • peripheral entrapment neuropathies due to tenosynovitis:
    • carpal tunnel syndrome
    • cubital tunnel syndrome
    • radial tunnel syndrome
  • cutaneous vasculitis
  • palpable purpura
  • osteoporosis
  • AA amyloidosis, particularly of the kidneys
